Profit sharing scheme
People are the biggest asset in creative industry. We adopt a 3-3-3 profit sharing scheme following The BEES, our mother company. All employees entitle 1/3 of the annual profit of the company as bonus. Beside, books and movie expense are on the company too.

Idea is the most valuable asset of a creative agency. While free pitching is destroying advertising industry, we charge commitment fee for all kinds of creative presentation, and will waive the fee once the job is confirmed.
